Accessing Leader & Alumni Materials

If you’re having trouble logging in, before you reach out, please first try:

  • Logging in with the email you originally used to register, rather than a username.
  • Resetting your password.

If you don’t receive the password reset email, you likely don’t yet have a user account on the website. Please try to create one using the email you used for your course.

Accessing the Family Connections™ Leader Hub

The Family Connections™ Leader Hub provides approved leaders with access to program materials, resources, and updates for Family Connections™ and Managing Suicidality and Trauma Recovery (MSTR).

There are several areas of our website designed specifically for leaders.

First, visit the Leader Hub, where you’ll find the most up-to-date materials and resources for leading, available in multiple languages.

In the Resource Directory, you’ll also find videos created especially for our leaders and designed to help you learn, grow, confidently navigate leading groups, and engage more deeply with the content.

Finally, be sure to log in when viewing our Events page so you can see the full list of events you’re invited to attend.

Please follow the instructions below based on your leader status.

United States Leaders

Please note: Only leaders with an active class can see the leader hub.

If you are a U.S. leader who is currently leading a class or has recently submitted a New Course Form, you can access the Leader Hub by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the site. If you have never logged into our website before, click “Register” and create an account. Be sure to use the email you use for leading.
  2. Once you are registered and logged in, visit the home page. You will see a Leader Hub link in the secondary navigation menu.

  3.  Click Leader Hub to access Family Connections™ or MSTR program materials.

If you experience any issues accessing the Leader Hub, please contact Celia if you’re a Family Connections leader, or Victoria if you’re an MSTR leader, for assistance.

International Leaders

If you are an international leader without leader hub access, please complete this form to request access.

If BPD Alliance has you listed as a leader who has completed an approved Family Connections™ or MSTR Leader Training, you will receive access within 5–10 minutes. Once approved:

  1. Log in to the site. If you have never logged into our website before, click “Register (for new users)” and create an account. Be sure to use the email you use for leading.
  2. Once you are registered and logged in, visit the home page. You will see a Leader Hub link in the secondary navigation menu.You will see a Leader Hub link in the secondary navigation menu.
  3. Click Leader Hub to access Family Connections™ program materials.

If you are not currently listed on our approved leader roster, the country administrator who oversees your Leader Training will receive a notification to review and approve your access. You may also contact Ed for assistance.

Alumni Materials

If you are a Family Connections™ or MSTR alumni, you can access alumni resources through the Resource Directory and view upcoming events that are special for our alumni.

You will know your alumni access is active when:

    1. Your account status on your My Account page says “Account Type: Alumni.”
    2. You can view the “Alumni” filter under “Audience” in the Resource Directory. 

If you are an alumni and do not currently have access to alumni resources, please contact Celia if you’re a Family Connections alumni, or Victoria if you’re an MSTR alumni. 

Alumni are also invited to join our Alumni Facebook page which is a great place to crowdsource information, share successes and opportunities and find resources tailored specifically for our alumni community.
